7. Liability:
a. Paradiso Travel Group acts as an intermediary between clients and various suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
b. While every effort is made to ensure the quality and safety of services provided, Paradiso Travel Group cannot be held responsible for the actions or negligence of third-party suppliers. c. Clients participate in all activities at their own risk, and Paradiso Travel Group is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the trip.
8. Force Majeure:
a. Paradiso Travel Group is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions to travel plans caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and political unrest.
9. Complaints:

b. Complaints received after the completion of the trip may not be eligible for consideration.
